We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience and knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore operations. The Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization by streamlining processes, coordinating across departments, and supporting overall business efficiency.

Operations Executives are integral to day-to-day business activities and ensure that all departments work harmoniously to achieve organizational goals.

• • Easy company formation procedures
• Business setup in Mainland, Free zone and Offshore
• Company licensing and registration
• License renewals & amendments
• Investor’s right protection contract
• Government approvals & certifications
• Business centers & furnished offices for rent
• Guidance on commercial law & updates
• PRO services & document clearance
• Commercial banking facilities

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations executive.
• Knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/software systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
