Medical Clinic Supervisor — Dubai (Female)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, growth-driven Medical Clinic Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, deliver outstanding patient experience, and support the management team in scaling the clinic. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working under DHA and/or MOH regulations and is confident managing teams, patients, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, front office, and patient flow

• Ensure compliance with DHA / MOH policies, licensing, and documentation

• Lead and support reception, nursing, and administrative teams

• Implement patient-experience standards: appointment handling, waiting times, feedback tracking

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, insurance & billing departments

• Monitor KPIs: revenue, patient visits, schedules, cancellations, follow-ups

• Support marketing, promotions, and community outreach activities

• Manage inventory, consumables, vendor coordination, and expenses

• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management

• Handle grievances and ensure smooth resolution of issues

• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and business growth

Requirements

• Female

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in UAE healthcare/clinic setting

• Strong understanding of DHA / MOH processes & medical compliance

• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills

• Leadership, coordination, and team-management capability

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, clinic software)

• Positive personality, problem-solver, result-oriented

• Able to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
