Providential Properties Management is a dynamic real estate company specializing in sales, leasing, and property management across the UAE. We are committed to operational excellence, compliance, and building high-performing teams. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
  • Support performance management and probation evaluations.

Payroll & Compensation:

  • Assist in payroll preparation, salary structure, commissions, and allowances.
  • Track attendance, leave management, and deductions in coordination with finance.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Support warning letters, performance improvement plans, and exit processes.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.

HR Administration & Reporting:

  • Manage visas, labor cards, contracts, and renewals.
  • Prepare HR reports for management (headcount, turnover, leave, performance).
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience as an HR Generalist in the UAE (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
