We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive
📍 Residence Inn by Marriott, SZR

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and driven Marketing Executive to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott on Sheikh Zayed Road. This role focuses on strengthening brand presence, increasing guest engagement, and supporting Sales & Marketing initiatives while consistently delivering the warm and authentic service standards that Marriott is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote brand awareness across internal and external platforms
• Create, support, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Drive guest engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and loyalty
• Coordinate closely with Sales and hotel operational teams
• Ensure exceptional service delivery in line with Marriott brand standards
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage teams to develop promotions that increase awareness and footfall

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field (prior Marriott experience is a strong advantage)
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for hospitality, branding, and guest experience excellence
