Customer Service Representative
Salary: 4,500 – 5,000 AED a month
Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone, UAE
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and experience handling customer accounts, preferably within JAFZA.
Qualifications:
– 2 years UAE experience (JAFZA preferred)
– Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
– Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, ERP, SAP)
– English and Tagalog preferred
– Immediate joiners prioritized
Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
– Maintain records through E?Freight Suite
– Manage new and existing accounts, support upselling
– Coordinate with operations and other departments
– Build and maintain long-term client relationships
– Raise and deliver invoices on time
– Escalate recurring system issues when needed
– Support management with special projects
