We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Secretary Cum Sales Coordinator to support our office administration and sales operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general secretarial and administrative duties
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
  • Coordinate with customers and the sales team
  • Maintain records, files, and customer databases
  • Schedule meetings and assist with daily office operations

Requirements:

  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Must have 1-2 years experience as Secretary or Admin Assistant in UAE
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
