Hiring: Construction Manager (Abu Dhabi – Al Ain)

We are looking for a highly capable and well-rounded Construction Manager to oversee and deliver a wide range of multi-disciplinary construction projects based in Al Ain. This role is suited for a senior professional who can manage complex developments across multiple sectors while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction activities across diverse projects
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth liaison and approvals with UAE governmental authorities
• Oversee project timelines, quality standards, budgets, and site execution
• Apply strong knowledge of construction and contracting processes throughout all phases

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong command of construction and contracting streams
• Proven experience working directly with UAE government entities (mandatory)
• In-depth understanding of FIDIC contracts and local regulatory frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
• PMP certification is mandatory
