We are seeking an enthusiastic Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our real estate agents and owners to gather essential information and efficiently document new property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with real estate agents to collect and organize necessary documentation and details for new property listings.
• Enter and update property details accurately in our internal databases and listing platforms to ensure timely and effective marketing.
• Verify all listing information for accuracy and compliance with local regulations, as well as Eliva's standards.
• Assist in preparing promotional materials, including property brochures and online listings, to enhance marketing efforts.
• Provide exceptional support to agents by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
• Conduct regular audits of property listings to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the listing process.
• Monitor market trends and competitor listings to provide insights and recommendations for improving our processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for optimizing listing and resale strategies.
