Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new members in line with monthly acquisition targets.
- Drive deposit growth from new and existing members.
- Mobilise loan sales and promote uptake of available credit products.
- Reactivate dormant member accounts through proactive engagement and follow-up.
- Conduct corporate visits, outreach sessions, and member engagement forums.
- Support planning and execution of Sacco events, member education days, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Support brand awareness initiatives to strengthen the Sacco’s market presence.
- Assist in creating and disseminating marketing content, including digital and print materials.
- Conduct market research and member satisfaction surveys to inform product and service improvements.
- Facilitate continuous member education programs on Sacco products, policies, and benefits.
- Provide excellent customer service through timely communication, support, query resolution, and member follow-up.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing members and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to marketing activities, including documentation, reporting, and database updates.
- Prepare periodic performance reports, competitor insights, and campaign evaluations.
- Uphold the Sacco’s regulations, SASRA guidelines, and the Cooperative Societies Act.
Key Professional Experience and Educational Background Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (financial services experience is an added advantage).
