MIKNAN, an upcoming Emirati fine-dining restaurant, is inviting experienced Arabic-speaking hospitality leaders to be part of its pre-opening and launch team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about Emirati cuisine, culture, and delivering world-class guest experiences.

We are currently hiring for leadership roles within the restaurant, seeking individuals with proven operational expertise and strong people management skills in a fine-dining environment.

Open positions include:

  • Restaurant Manager
  • Assistant Restaurant Manager

Mandatory requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic speaker (both spoken and written)
  • Proven UAE experience in fine-dining restaurant operations
  • Strong understanding of Emirati cuisine, traditions, and local culture
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in restaurant operations and team management
  • Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Creating exceptional guest experiences rooted in authentic Emirati hospitality
  • Leading, training, and motivating service and operations teams
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Supporting pre-opening preparations and restaurant launch activities
