Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Possess a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification, which will be an added advantage.

• Have proven experience in sales, marketing, and operations management within FMCG, food & beverage, oils & fats, or home & personal care sectors.

• Demonstrate strong leadership, commercial acumen, and strategic planning skills.

• Show ability to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and oversee operations performance.

• Be proficient in market analysis, forecasting, and distribution channel management.

• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Exhibit high integrity, accountability, and results-oriented mindset.
