Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Possess a Master’s degree or professional banking/finance certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, ACIB, or equivalent) which will be an added advantage.

• Have proven experience in banking, relationship management, branch operations, credit management, or business development.

• Demonstrate strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills (especially for Branch Manager roles).

• Exhibit excellent customer relationship management, sales, and portfolio growth skills.

• Be knowledgeable in credit analysis, risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Show high levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
