To support daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic administrative and hospitality tasks, and ensuring a tidy, organized, and professional workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
· Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
· Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff as required.
· Ensure pantry and office supplies are adequately stocked and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
· Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene and safety standards.
· Follow office rules, procedures, and instructions from the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
· Good communication skills in English.
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
· Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and support duties.
· Relevant work experience is required.
