Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer - Logbook Loans located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing loan applications, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks involve providing financial guidance to clients and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Business Relationship Management and Finance to assess loan applications effectively and manage financial solutions.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and provide tailored support.
- Proven Sales skills to achieve targets and foster business growth.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Relevant experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
