Arabesco Real Estate is expanding its team and currently seeking a confident and well-organized Receptionist to support front-desk operations in our Abu Dhabi office. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, reliable, and capable of managing day-to-day reception duties with ease. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
We are looking for candidates who are comfortable handling administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and providing consistent support to both clients and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office is important, as the role involves routine documentation and communication tasks. Prior experience in front-office or customer service roles is required. Based on current operational needs, Filipino candidates are preferred.
