ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Marketing Intern focused on Social Brand Engagement, you will bring a fresh, youthful perspective and help us connect with youth, the backbone of our operations. You will be responsible for spotting trends, creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, our website, and any other channels, ensuring our brand resonates with the youth demographic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trend Tracking: Stay up-to-date on the latest youth, local culture and digital trends.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content (images,videos, captions) for social media and other platform
Event Coverage: Utilize the photos and videos at company events for Public Content
Visual Refresh: Assist in refreshing visuals for internal and external communications.
Cross - functional Collaboration: Work with different teams to gather content and align on messaging.
Editing: Edit and proofread content for youth, people centric and cultural messaging.
Content Plan Maintenance: Help maintain and update the content calendar.
Performance Reporting: Share updates on content performance and engagement
Format Innovation: Suggest new and innovative content formats and approaches.
SKILLS NEEDED
TrendAwareness: A strong understanding of youth, local culture and digital trends.
Visual Taste: An eye for visually appealing content aligned to current trends
Ability to write engaging and captions / comments in English / Local languages
Editing Skills: Basicphoto and videoediting skills with tools like Canva / KITTL
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Coordination Skills: Good organizational and coordination skills.
