Job Description
  • We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Nairobi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. Responsibilities include creating and delivering business proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves market research, analysing trends, and attending networking events to promote our services.

  • Strong business development and strategic planning skills to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation abilities to establish and nurture partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering impactful proposals and managing client interactions.
  • Proven ability to analyse market trends and develop data-driven strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in corporate travel or related industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
