Warehouse Receipt System Council (WRSC) is a State Corporation under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperatives, established by the Warehouse Receipt System Act No. 8 of 2019 to regulate and promote the Warehouse Receipt System (WRS) in Kenya.

Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Accounting, Finance, HR, Law, ICT, Supply Chain, Planning, Communication, etc.) for officer and senior positions.
Professional qualifications where applicable (e.g. CPA/ACCA for accounting/audit, CPS for admin, CHRP/HR certification, CPS (K) for company secretarial where relevant, Advocate of the High Court for legal roles).
Relevant diploma/certificate for Drivers and Office Assistants (plus valid driving licence and experience for drivers).
Experience:
Several years of relevant professional experience for Principal, Senior, and Officer I roles (usually 3–10+ years depending on seniority).
Demonstrated experience in the public sector or regulated environments is often an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and relevant systems (ERP, HRMIS, accounting software, etc.).
High levels of integrity, professionalism, and compliance with public service values.
