Role Overview:

Become part of Dolphin Bakes as a Bakery Products Packing Supervisor, where you’ll lead the packing team to uphold our commitment to quality and safety.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented leader with extensive food packaging experience, who can ensure efficient and compliant packing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and guide the packing team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee all packaging processes to maintain top standards for product quality and hygiene
• Conduct training for staff in best packing practices and food safety procedures
• Optimize workflow and resources to improve packing efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate records of packing activities, stocks, and production metrics
• Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for any defects
• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety and hygiene policies
• Report any operational issues, defects, or non-compliance to management promptly

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in food product packaging (bakery sector preferred)
• Minimum qualification Degree is mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures
• Proven team leadership and staff development skills
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with packaging machinery and materials (advantageous)
• Ready to commute or relocate to Ajman before joining
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately
