Job Description – General Practitioner (GP)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced General Practitioner to join our clinic in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must hold a valid DOH (HAAD) license and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and collect detailed medical histories.
• Manage various medical conditions in both clinic and home-care settings.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests accurately.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions.
• Develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide preventive healthcare, lifestyle guidance, and routine health counselling.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate multidisciplinary follow-up care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant patient records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Completed residency or training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice.
• Valid Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi medical license.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of clinical experience in the UAE.
