Overview:
Join Squirrel Education to support the UAE’s national financial literacy initiatives by creating compelling content and managing our social media presence. You will document workshops and events across the UAE, telling the story of our impact and helping amplify our mission online.

About the Role:

• Take full ownership of content creation and social media strategy to highlight workshops, school programs, and public events.
• Capture photo and video coverage at events and produce short-form and long-form content for multiple platforms.
• Produce engaging social posts, captions, and campaign assets that communicate our educational goals and results.
• Work closely with program teams to plan coverage, schedule posts, and measure engagement and reach.
• Maintain content calendars, repurpose assets for different channels, and track performance metrics to optimize content.
• Represent the organization professionally at external events and activities.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively — up to 80% of the time — across the UAE to attend schools, community events, and workshops.
• Ownership of a car and a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong storytelling skills with hands-on experience in photo and video capture, editing, and social media management.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with remote teams to deliver timely content.

Eligibility:

• Only applicants who are based in Abu Dhabi and already have the legal right to work in the UAE will be considered.
• Squirrel Education does not sponsor work visas for this role.
