Position: SEO Specialist – Real Estate

Oia Properties is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead the organic growth strategy for luxury property markets in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role focuses on maximizing visibility and generating leads for high-value real estate listings through comprehensive SEO tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to outperform competitors in the UAE luxury real estate market.
  • Optimize property listings and project landing pages for high-intent keywords aimed at international buyers and investors.
  • Conduct thorough technical SEO audits, focusing on site architecture, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals performance.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles and implement local SEO strategies to enhance location-based property search visibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience in the UAE, with at least 1 year specifically in Real Estate.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • SEO Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical SEO including Schema markup and XML sitemaps, and experience with WordPress CMS.
  • Attributes: Analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into actionable lead-generation strategies.
