Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants to onboard them to our fin-tech platform.
- Promote the benefits of using our digital payment solutions, mobile POS, and financial products.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and in-person demos to drive merchant registrations.
- Assist merchants with onboarding, documentation, and initial usage support.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly acquisition targets and report performance to the Sales Lead.
- Maintain good relationships with on boarded merchants and support upselling initiatives.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve product offerings.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or merchant acquisition.
- Experience in fintech, digital payment solutions, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exposure to field sales, cold calling, and client onboarding.
