Description:

[We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join a busy creative team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires an expert level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign and a strong track record producing publication-quality layouts, campaign decks, branded presentations, and other InDesign-heavy deliverables. The successful candidate will transform concepts into beautiful, production-ready visuals and help lead the studio’s design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead InDesign-driven projects such as presentations, annual reports, brand guidelines, and proposals.
• Create and adapt visual concepts across print, digital, and social formats.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to interpret briefs and deliver compelling visual solutions.
• Execute Arabic and bilingual layouts with cultural sensitivity and typographic precision.
• Produce polished, production-ready files, mockups, and assets for client reviews and handoff.
• Support pitches and proposal materials with strong visual storytelling.
• Mentor and review work from junior designers when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Practical experience with Figma for UI/UX and collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is an advantage.
• Proven experience designing Arabic layouts and bilingual materials.
• Excellent sense of typography, grid systems, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in agencies or creative studios.
• A strong portfolio showcasing InDesign-led work (campaign decks, publications, brand guidelines, reports).
