Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create relevant solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members across various departments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records and report on training outcomes to senior management.
  • Support the HR team in other learning and development initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years proven experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on learning and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
