IT Software/System Trainer – Senior Trainer

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Software/System Trainer – Senior Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality training programs in IT software and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs on various IT software and systems.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and tailor training sessions accordingly.
  • Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, user guides, and online resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in IT software and systems to ensure training content is current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
  • Provide support and mentorship to junior trainers and trainees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Education, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT trainer, educator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various IT software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and using digital tools for training delivery.
