Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Sales Executive / Cashier to join our team in Nairobi. This role involves selling construction tools and hardware while providing exceptional customer service and managing transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell construction tools and hardware to clients.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales area.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on products to customers.
• Process payments accurately through cash or credit transactions.
• Maintain inventory and restock items as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in sales, retail, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of construction tools and hardware is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fa-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
