Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Protection Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, as well as providing excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual with strong security skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and staff by patrolling and monitoring premises.
• Identify potential security risks and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their safety.
• Conduct security checks and inspections as required.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of security activities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel when necessary.

Requirements

• High/Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in security, protection services, or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties as required.
