Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Greet all customers and present beverage menus.
• Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions.
• Process orders and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
