RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Sales Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities across our core services: cleaning contracts, specialized fumigation, garbage collection, landscaping, and carpet washing.
• Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to effectively close deals and meet ambitious sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex service value propositions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored, customer- centric solutions.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively and honestly.
• Adaptability & Drive: High levels of self-motivation and the capacity to adapt sales strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
