Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern who is fresh out of campus and passionate about sales, negotiations and client engagement. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive and eager to build a career in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and physical visits.
  • Pitch Codirect’s courier and fulfilment solutions to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals and assist in contract negotiations.
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and generate daily/weekly reports on leads and activity.
  • Support the Business Development team in presentations and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in speaking to decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Energetic, self-driven and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with logistics or e-commerce industries is an added advantage.
