Roles/Duties & Responsibilities
Drive business growth by sourcing, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships in asset finance and insurance
Achieve set sales targets by identifying opportunities and cross-selling banking products.
Conduct market intelligence to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and product pitches.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Represent the bank at marketing events, activations, and client forums to enhance visibility.
Maintain compliance with banking and insurance regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking sector, with a focus on asset finance and insurance.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, asset finance solutions, and insurance offerings.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office and banking CRM systems.
Professional certifications in Insurance or Credit/Banking will be an added advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving a
nd evaluation skills
