Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resource Officer to join our team in Nairobi. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering HR solutions that align with strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and support employee growth.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.

 

Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives.

 

Embed a performance-driven culture and support appraisal processes.

 

Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws.

 

Support HR audits, surveys, and staff engagement activities.

 

Oversee leave management and HR administration.

 

Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

 

Prepare HR data reports and insights for decision-making.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Bachelor’s degree in business or social sciences.

 

Higher Diploma in HR Management or CHRP

 

Member of IHRM(K)

 

At least 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.

 

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

 

Sound knowledge of labour legislation.

 

Proficiency in HRMIS and MS Office tools.

 

Integrity, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
