Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team at Brites Management Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food technology, production, and quality control. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations in the food and beverage sector, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations in the production facility, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Train and supervise staff, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and work with management to implement changes.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 3 years proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production and quality control processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
