Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for, planning and implementing social media strategies, managing the company's social media channels(Instagram,facebook,tiktok,youtube),creating original and innovative content, and ensuring that brand voice and messaging are consistent across all platforms.

 

The manager will also engage with the online community, monitor social media metrics, and collaborate with other departments to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.

Innovative & Creative Mindset -ability to think outside the box, bring fresh ideas, and create disruptive digital strategies.

 

Content Creation Excellence - skilled in developing visually stunning, engaging, and on-brand content across photo, video, reels, and stories.

 

Trend Awareness – strong ability to research, identify, and adapt to current and emerging beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends.

 

Community Building – proven experience in building, engaging, and nurturing online communities to strengthen brand loyalty.

 

Strategic Content Planning – ability to develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and campaigns.

 

Platform Management – hands on experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with knowledge of platform best practices and tools.

 

Analytical & Reporting Skills – ability to prepare monthly reports, track performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

 

Market Analysis – strong research and analytical skills to monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and inform strategy.

 

Organized & Goal-Oriented – ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in alignment with brand objectives.

 

Bonus: Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are an added advantage.
