DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Media Management (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (including Facebook and Instagram).
Set up and manage campaign structures (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Retargeting, etc.).
Define and implement audience targeting strategies based on buyer personas and funnel stages.
Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, formats, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities for improvement in CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales and design teams) to align campaign goals with business objectives.
Develop integrated marketing strategies combining paid ads, organic content, and lead generation tactics.
Create campaign timelines, set KPIs, and ensure smooth execution from concept to reporting.
Analyze competitor campaigns and trends to benchmark and improve performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and measure the performance of all campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
Generate detailed weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting insights, wins, challenges, and actionable next steps.
Set up and track custom conversions, goals, events, and funnels across platforms.
Creative Development & Management
Collaborate with designers or independently create visually appealing ad creatives using tools like Canva.
Write compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and platform policies.
Social Media Management & Scheduling
Schedule and manage organic posts on social platforms using Hootsuite or similar tools.
Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages across platforms and respond in a timely manner.
Support content planning and calendar management for social campaigns.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, paid media algorithms, tools, and best practices.
Experiment with new ad formats, targeting strategies, and marketing channels.
Recommend tools, technologies, or strategies that can boost campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Assist in optimizing landing pages, lead capture forms, and user journeys to increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads generated from paid campaigns are of high quality and properly nurtured.
Track and analyze lead quality and conversion rates from all channels.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Google Ads certification is required
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance marketing
Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
