We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for marketing, corporate communications, events, and digital platforms. The role requires a skilled professional with strong storytelling ability, technical expertise in video production, and the capacity to bring creative concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Filming
Plan, set up, and execute video shoots, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
Capture engaging video content for campaigns, events, interviews, tutorials, and promotional materials.
Scout and prepare filming locations, ensuring they are visually and technically suitable.
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using industry-standard software.
Add graphics, animations, sound effects, music, and subtitles where necessary.
Optimize videos for different formats and platforms (social media, websites,presentations, etc.).
Creative Storytelling
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling video concepts.
Translate scripts, storyboards, or ideas into visually engaging video content.
Brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
Equipment & Asset Management
Maintain video production equipment in good condition, ensuring all tools are functional and updated.
Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper storage, cataloguing, and archiving.
Stay updated on new video production technologies and recommend upgrades when necessary.
Brand & Content Consistency
Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and communication style.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.
Support the creation of branded video templates for repeat use.
Digital Content Adaptation & Marketing Support
Produce videos optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging short-form video content.
Provide video support for product launches, advertising campaigns, and corporate events.
Project & Deadline Management
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Ensure timely delivery of video content for campaigns, events, and internal requests.
Track project timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with photographers, designers, and the marketing team to create integrated content.
Provide video coverage and editing support for live events, corporate functions, and press releases.
Offer guidance and mentorship to interns or junior creatives when necessary.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze video performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions).
Provide recommendations on improving future video campaigns.
Stay updated on trends in videography, editing, and digital media to enhance creativity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a videographer, preferably in a marketing or media environment.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Strong technical skills in operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing past video projects is mandatory.
