DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outstanding customer service in a fine dining setting.
Greet guests, present menus, and make menu recommendations when requested.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of continental cuisine and wine/beverage pairings.
Ensure timely delivery of orders and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
Excellent knowledge of continental cuisine and alcoholic beverages
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Well-groomed with a courteous and professional attitude
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
