The successful candidates will be required to carry out extensive customer prospecting by visiting building construction sites to pitch for sales and collect the relevant data on Developers, Foremen, and Fundis.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Conduct regular visits to contractors, developers, and site engineers to establish and maintain strong business relationships.

 

Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

Collaborate with project teams to ensure our products are accurately specified in project plans and bills of quantities (BOQs).

 

Create customized proposals and quotes for major, high-value projects.

 

Lead sales negotiations and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering lasting business relationships.

 

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.

 

Monitor market dynamics, including competitor movements and trends within the construction sector.

 

Compile and submit regular reports detailing sales performance, pipeline status, and customer or market feedback.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

A degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing 

 

3+ years of proven sales experience in the building materials, construction, or architectural products sector.

 

Strong network of contacts within the high-net-worth property development and construction industry.
