Responsibilities:

Overseeing and driving the execution of a key development project by achieving results and meticulously delivering on all project milestones

Developing and leading a team of project analysts

Continuously improving and managing a collaborative company-wide M&E and reporting system that effectively captures the social impact of the firm, particularly in the area of gender equality

Helping to develop and facilitate Renew Capital’s core gender-smart programs by training SMEs both virtually and in-person

Liaising with Renew Capital’s asset management team to design and test interventions that fulfill project requirements and ultimately result in SMEs attracting growth capital from a variety of funding sources

Providing coaching and technical assistance to a consortium of entrepreneurs looking to scale their companies and persist through various cultural and economical hurdles

Preparing and reviewing project reports for clients that demonstrate Renew Capital’s social impact results in a compelling and beautiful manner

Managing communications with clients and running internal and external project meetings

Creating, improving and driving the organization’s adoption of Renew Capital’s consulting project tools, systems and processes

Reporting to and collaborating with Renew Capital’s executive management team on a regular basis to continuously improve SOPs and efficiency in delivering project results

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in business administration, finance or development is preferred

5+ years of management consulting and/or finance experience. Consulting experience in both the private sector and with an international development firm focused on gender equality is a plus

Experience managing grant-based projects

Proficiency in writing reports in English

Strong project management skills – certification in project management is a plus

Exposure to the finance or private equity world

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint ability
