Job Description

YOUR TASKS

  • Operations Management - Oversee Inventory levels, stock replenishment, optimize stores layout for easier accessibility.
  • Inventory Control -Place orders for new and manage the receiving and storage of inventory and conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy in inventory levels.
  • Performance Management-Set performance metrics and conduct regular reviews of the store's teams. Incident Management and Reporting-Timely and regular reporting of stock variances, stores performance, Challenges and achievements Compliance and standards- Ensure all stores comply with safety regulations, MPS and KFC standards.
  • Team Leadership - Develop training programs for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and collaboration -Collaboration with. other departments for integrated stores operations, hold regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates and address arising issues.
  • Loss Prevention -Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkages.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You should have a diploma or degree in Stores Management, Supply chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Stores Management role, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or similar environments.
  • Proven experience working with stores management in agricultural setting.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems and word processing tools and spreadsheets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
