Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to maximize growth and profitability for the medical centre.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Generate leads and drive sales initiatives to increase patient numbers and service uptake.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance to the management team.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and healthcare industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
