The firm, which is 100% locally owned provides real estate information technology solutions, valuation services, property management, facilities management, estate agency and property development consultancy services. NW Realite operates within the confines of legislation that govern the practice of estate agency and valuation in Kenya. The company principals are all members of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and are registered under the Valuers Act Cap 532 and Estate Agents Act Cap 533 of the Laws of Kenya. The company has its main offices in Nairobi and site offices in Mombasa, Thika, Machakos, Eldoret and Nakuru towns.
Job Description

Key responsibilities:

 

Design graphics & visual assets (social/digital campaigns)

 

Shoot/edit photos & videos (properties/events)

 

Plan/execute content across Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok Track trends + propose engagement-boosting ideas

 

Update websites, blogs & email campaigns

 

Analyze metrics & report on performance

 

Our requirements:

 

Fresh grad in: Marketing/Advertising | Media/Communications | Graphic Design/Visual Arts | Digital Media

 

Tool Mastery: Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro

 

Social media & scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite)

 

Passion for storytelling + SEO/analytics basics

 

Certifications? (Google/HubSpot/Meta) is a bonus
