Job Description
- Cropnuts is looking for an experienced Head Credit Controller to lead our Credit Control team within the Finance Department. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee a team of Credit Controllers managing diverse sectors driving efficient debt collection, optimizing cash flow, and strengthening financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Credit Control team
- Oversee debt recovery and enforce credit policies
- Produce accurate AR and cash flow reports
- Strengthen client relationships to support timely collections
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to align on business goals
