Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter at Unateus, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging top talent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Outreach Calls: Making outbound calls to potential candidates, introducing them to job opportunities, and conducting initial screenings.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates, providing information about job openings, and addressing their questions.
- Team Liaison: Collaborating with our team to understand hiring needs and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Data Management: Accurately recording candidate information and interactions in our recruitment database.
- Adherence to Recruitment Guidelines: Ensuring compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
