Job Description

Major Accountabilities

  • Globally responsible for implementing the production strategy and monitoring the execution of the crop specific production plans
  • Close follow up on production performance through data analysis
  • Advice to Global Production Strategy Manager

Operational accountabilities

  • Plan and monitor the execution of the production quantities in alignment with the Production Diversification model
  • Audit and advise the regional team on crop production protocols through field visits to the areas and regular meetings and communication
  • Lead the Crop Specialist community

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the agricultural industry
  • Experience in a global setting is preferable
  • Knowledge of growing practices for assigned crops
  • Familiarity with production research practices and field plot techniques
