Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategies to meet sales targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medicaal sales, sales strategy, and business development
- Excellent customer relationship management and client engagement skills
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct sales appointments with key resource personnel of hospitals and healthcare facilities to sell LifeBank products.
- Work with the marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective LifeBank customers.
- Work in line with company objectives to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Provide daily call reports as well as a weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory
- Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and healthcare facilities to ensure they are enjoying the services offered by the company.
- Make recommendations on the market trends to management.
- Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding customer base as well as minimizing attrition/churn.
- Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead
