Duties and Responsibilities

Working with team members to source data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.

Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.

Support team members with data cleaning from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases/data systems.

Develop, update, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.

Perform ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports.

Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.

Identify and analyze errors and inconsistencies in data and provides timely resolutions.

Translate data results into written reports, or presentations to convey information to management.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and make data-driven recommendations to enhance business operations.

Assist with ad-hoc data analysis projects as required.

Utilize and extract maximum value from data analytics tools.

Key Requirements

Possess software development (coding) skills in popular languages and frameworks.

Understanding of common BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, others

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Data Analytics

Demonstrate conversance in general IT areas.

Job specifications:

Qualifications & EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Information Technology or related

Possess knowledge in any programming languages.

Knowledge and experience in any data analytics tools
