Purpose of the Role
Plastic sales will be responsible for building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of our existing and new clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
Degree/Diploma in Sales, or any other Business related field.
Skills and Competencies:
Transport and Logistics Processes – Understanding truck hiring, delivery planning, and route optimization.
Professional Client Communication – Knowing how to communicate eectively and maintain client relationships
Time Management Techniques – Awareness of strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Pellet Product Specifications – Familiarity with the quality, applications, and benefits of the pellets.
Basic Sales Processes – Understanding customer needs, retention strategies, and sales fundamentals.
Problem-Solving Frameworks – Knowledge of approaches to resolve logistical or client-related challenges..
Team Dynamics – Awareness of workflows and collaboration within sales and logistics teams.
Record-Keeping and Reporting – Understanding how to maintain accurate delivery records and prepare reports
Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate transport for pellet deliveries to clients.
Check that the right material with the right quality is loaded.
Track and follow up on the delivery of materials and samples.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and client communications.
Support the senior sales team by preparing required documentation.
Occasionally accompany senior salespeople on client visits
