RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage a team of production workers, including training and evaluation.
Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes for timely, quality production.
Monitor production schedules and manage resources effectively to meet targets.
Implement and maintain effective production tracking systems.
Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production rocess and equipment.
Identify and address any issues affecting product quality. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Promote and maintain a safe working environment, enforcing safety policies.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular performance reports.
Document and report any incidents, issues, or changes to the production process.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field (experience may substitute).
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably food industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Proficiency in production management software and tools. Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
